Class Action Racing was formed in 2004 by Brian and Joe Kent with the intent of capturing the exciting growth of blokart sailing in the US and providing an enthusiast driven way to share the fun. By actively working with local governments and sailing site owners we have been able to foster and promote a range of blokart sailing events throughout the country. Along with our efforts on numerous local fronts, our involvement in events like the Volvo Ocean Race in Baltimore, the Dead Bird Buggy Bash on the beaches of Galveston, and the annual gathering on the desert at Ivanpah, Nevada have helped expose the sport to thousands of potential blokart sailors nationwide.
